 First of all Mr Andrew said I had to raise the eyebrows to make her look shocked so far I have raised the left eyebrow but I still have to soften the edges of it and make the skin underneath look natural.

I have changed her eyes so they are milky and look like she is about to cry.
I also raised her eyebrows so they look more sad.

I took the original photo from Angelina Jolie and made her lips go down and her eyelashes as well by using liquify, I also made her mouth smaller but her eyes are bigger.

I also dragged down the mascara from her eye as if she's crying ink to make it seem as if she's really sad.
I hoped all of these worked to get the effect I was wanting.
